Hi, I’m Callan
I’m a UX Architect in Portland, Oregon, focused on turning messy problems into clear, human-centered digital experiences.
I design information architecture, flows, and interaction patterns that guide users through complex journeys while supporting clients’ strategic goals and inclusive design standards.
In both physical and digital spaces, I design for access: clear wayfinding, multiple ways to participate, and compliance informed by CPACC‑aligned practices.
At Omnicom Health (formerly FCB Health NY), I collaborate with strategy, creative, and product design partners to align UX architecture, branding, and functionality around the needs of patients, caregivers, and providers.
Currently expanding my accessibility practice and awaiting results for my first CPACC credential exam (February 2026).
Open to conversations about UX architecture, information design, and user research–driven projects, especially in teams that value empathetic collaboration and inclusion.

Outside of work, you can find me:
-
Reading.
Here’s what I’m reading on StoryGraph right now.
-
Dancing.
I grew up in ballet, and continue to enjoy learning as an adult dancer.
-
Cooking.
I particularly love learning to recreate dishes from my mother’s homeland of Isaan, in Thailand.
